Bella Patina Interiors is a full service boutique design firm. We are available to help with all types of projects, big or small, and offer a wide range of design services. We are dedicated to getting to know each individual client and developing an understanding of your unique needs in order to produce your custom space. We approach each project as a collaboration of tastes, needs and budget firmly in mind.
The cost of the initial consultation is $350. During the consultation meeting the designer will visit the space and start familiarizing themselves with all the details of the interiors. During the initial meeting the designer will spend time getting to know the client, listening to their personal interests and desires for the new space.
Design Development typical runs on average $2500 per room with a discount given for multi room design projects. During design development our team works together to develop your desired space. We approach design development as a complete detailed design package. We find designs are more cohesive and visually appealing only after every detail of a space has been considered, envisioned and pulled together. During the development you will see scaled drawings, feel fabric and see all selections down to the smallest detail. The development process also includes; spacial planning, furniture layout, millwork drawings and
Bella Patina Interiors project manages all design jobs. We are responsible for making sure your job runs smoothly; that trades stay on schedule, that workmanship is at the highest standards and that your home or office is clean every evening. The project manager will walk through the job with you as needed to review progress. This is an invaluable portion of our job because this is what takes any frustration and worry off the client during construction and installation. Job site visits will also be made throughout each project by the designer to make sure all details are being implemented accordingly. In addition to construction management our team also manages ordering, expediting, inspecting and delivering of all goods and custom items.
This service allows for you to utilize our skills while out shopping on your own, by contacting us via text, email and through photos. For example, when you would like our guidance choosing fabric or lighting options, you can contact us and we will lead you to the right choice. This is a prepay service, offered at a lower rate. We track the time spent consulting and apply it to your (minimum) two hour prepay. When there are 15 minutes remaining towards your hour prepay, we contact you to let you know that you are approaching the end of your terms.
One of our favorite services! We take the stress out of holiday decorations, allowing you to enjoy your peace and joy. For a flat rate, two designers decorate the interior of your home, utilizing your own holiday items, or supplement your existing decor upon request by purchasing agreed upon items. Perfect for getting ready for holiday parties and celebrations!
